Speaking of resources, the in-house group underwhelms from every angle. Collin Sexton is interesting, however his 41.1 field-goal percent and 15.6 assist percentage highlight his limitations. Cedi Osman functions as a piece, but likely nothing more. In other words, the Cavs may be at least a few drafts away from forming their foundation that is second.
